A 15% discount if three sessions are booked and paid for in advance.

Please allow up to 3 hours.
Note: Remember, if you smoke 20 cigarettes a day and you don’t stop smoking you will continue to waste between £3,000-£3,500 a year.
Weight loss
4 separate sessions £320
First session 90 minutes then 3 x 60-minute sessions take place once a week (or thereabouts) and Include weigh-in and measurement and in-between coaching.
