Originating in Japan by creator Mikao Usui, Reiki s a beautiful hands-off energetic massage for stress reduction. The idea is that healing can be channelled through the therapist’s hands – an unseen life force energy – to release tension and stress within the body.
We set an intention for the session and you simply close your eyes, relax into the moment and enjoy the healing. This may include a visual meditation to promote the outcome of the intention.
